Chinese sensation Liu Wen made her official debut as an Estée Lauder global spokesmodel in Beijing to launch the brand’s new Pure Color makeup collection, which was designed by Tom Pecheux, creative makeup director, specifically with Chinese women in mind. Liu Wen was announced as the new global face of Estée Lauder in April 2010, and is the first Chinese model the brand has signed.

In December, the brand announced the addition of its first spokesmodel from Puerto Rico—runway and editorial star Joan Smalls.
